This Pay Pal feature lets you give Pay Pal account access to up to 200 people, each with a unique log in ID and level of authority.
Managing Users to maintain internal controls
Because this feature lets you grant access to your Pay Pal account to multiple people while limiting their ability to do certain functions, you can keep your business running smoothly by delegating tasks, but avoid the worries of granting others more access to sensitive information or features than is necessary.
Here are the privileges you can assign to each person:
- Send Money
- Mass Payments
- Request Money
- Add Funds
- Issue refunds
- Withdraw funds
- Cancel payments
- Distribute mass payments
- Schedule recurring payments
- View balance
- View profile
- Edit profile
- Discuss account with Customer Service
- Handle authorizations and settlements
- Use Pay Pal shipping
- Activate and authorize APIs
- Schedule and download Transaction History, and run Settlement Report
