Google Adsense:

• Must already have a google account.
• Go to www.google.com/adsense
• Review & accept their online standard terms and conditions
• Indicate which mailing lists you want to be on.  This is not required.
• Save Changes
• For new accounts, your application will have to be reviewed. In the meantime, there are tutorials and helpful links you can review.
