Why do I need a Maintenance Agreement for my website?
- A Website Maintenance Agreement allows for constantly changing factors on a site such as a calendar of events, link additions, product additions, deletions or modifications, pricing changes and image additions, etc.
- Keeping your website content fresh and up to date is a key ingredient to return viewers.
- Maintenance Agreement clients receive Preferred Status and you are placed ahead of customers without a Maintenance Agreement for work requested.
- Work done under a Maintenance Agreement is recorded and provided to you in a Monthly Website Status Report. With this report you will be able to track activities and better manage your organization's website budget.
- You save $$ off our hourly maintenance rate.
What does the Maintenance Agreement cover?
Items covered by a Maintenance Agreement:
- Edit, revise, update or create new content or images on existing pages based on Customer request.
- Provide consultation service for any projects that impact the website.
- Liaise with hardware engineers, hosting customer support, and other affiliate service entities.
When is the maintenance work done?
Maintenance work and technical support will be completed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. (Eastern), Monday to Friday. HarrisProDesigns will respond to maintenance and support requests within 24 business hours.

What about server and hosting problems?
If you experience problems with your web hosting service or server, we will initiate an inquiry into the service disruption within 24 business hours of the issue being reported or observed.
Please note: HarrisProDesigns will not be liable for server, email or website disruptions due to third-party suppliers (i.e. web hosting service providers).
Can I cancel my Maintenance Agreement?
You may cancel your Website Maintenance Agreement with us at any time, by giving us 15 days written notice, provided that payment is up-to-date. A pro-rated refund will be given for any unused period of an advance payment.
Can others work on my website?
No other parties can change the website during the maintenance period. If you, or an agent other than HarrisProDesigns, makes changes to the web pages, time to repair or revise web pages will be billed at our normal hourly rate of $65 per hour and is not included as part of the Maintenance Agreement.
What's not included in a Maintenance Agreement?
- Custom graphic creation
- Consulting regarding Internet marketing, advertising, affiliate programs, or search engine optimization
- Addition/integration of new programs, scripts, e-commerce components, or databases into your site

- Unused time does not rollover to renewed contracts
- All content is provided by the website owner
- All requests for maintenance are to be provided via email
- If you use more than your allotted hours in any given month, you will be invoiced for each additional hour at our normal hourly rate.
